Super Looper Line – Installation Instructions

Suggested Use

Super Looper Line was originally intended for use on the metal framework of screened enclosures. The product allows you to hang lights without the need to drill holes or otherwise damage the screen framing structure.

Super Looper Line can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications with equal success. It’s a great tool to hang decorative lights anywhere. Put them up when they are needed and then easily remove the lights after an event or holiday.

Installing the adhesive mounting strip

The mounting strip is the “hook” part of the “hook and loop” assembly of Super Looper Line.

The adhesive mounting strip is made of nylon and acrylic adhesive. This adhesive is better than standard rubber adhesives that are more susceptible to heat. Once in place, the hook strip is difficult to remove and is intended to be permanent. Take care in its application. Please note that the looper strips that come with Super Looper

Line can easily be removed. It’s the mounting strip (the hook) that has the adhesive.

Clean your surface from dirt and dust.

The red plastic strip over the adhesive must be removed just prior to installation.

The hook strip can be applied in pieces or can be kept intact as a long strip. You may need to make cuts to fit around mounting brackets, to turn corners, or allow for a selection of mounting heights. The hook strip only needs to be present on the surfaces that are appropriate for your application. It is best not to apply over uneven surfaces such as bolt heads.

Installing the Super Looper Line

When you first open the package, the loops are folded around the loop strip. They should be extended out for easy access. While the strips can be used in either position, the standard mounting technique is to keep the loops to the front of the looper strip (the smooth side facing out).
The rough side is the side that attaches to the mounted hook. The smooth side is the side where you attach your cables or lights.

Unfold your tabs.

Press the loop side to the hook strip with tabs open.

Secure your lighting cables with the tabs forward.
